About
Conrad Wansbrough
Director
My early career was as a global freelance safety supervisor working at heights (industrial rope access) with a specialty in confined space rescue. Most of this work was in offshore oil and gas, but I also dabbled in mining, refineries, rock stabilization, and construction.
After sustaining a neck injury on an oil rig in 2010, I have dedicated my life to understanding the deep complexity of decision making and leadership capability.
I’m a strong advocate in the science that leads towards New View of Safety and I have introduced concepts methodologies like resilience engineering, restorative just culture, high reliability organising (HRO) and human and organisational performance (HOP) into many organisations.
